Not a single defensive play. That was the problem.
alabama texas and florida have great defenses and that is why they are
undefeated and considered great, but dont second guess the talent at notre
dame, tate clausen rudolph floyd, that group would start at their resective
positions at all the schools with the exception of clausen over tebow but
who can start over tebow…. really
notre dame has one of the most talented group of skill players offensively
in all of college football with the highlights to back it up, with a top 40
defense they would be ranked in the top ten if you disagree look at all
their losses the worst coming by a total of 7 points offensively they are
alwys in the game but without a better than average defense that is what
they are just average
i agree dude…they are jst a step above vandy and duke…the only reason
they got some good players is cause of tradition..urban myer and bob stoops
are not gonna take tht job…now brian kelly is prob gonna get that
job..the job is not as appealing and lout houltz needs 2 stop hypin it up

o i agree wit u but they dont have elite physical and fundamentally sound
athelets that can run sideline to sideline like eric berry, terrance cody,
rolando mcclain, spikes, joe haden, earl thomas, sergio kindle…etc…not
sayin they cant get better but i doubt any of those guys can score a 28 on
the act…heck my cousin play for miami and even he said he scored a 20 and
got in the U, but hell those type of atheletes are smart, but bout 10% are
tht smart
ND will be just fine next year. I expect jimmy and golden to leave and we
will lose kyle on defense. But on the good side we have alot of the
offensive stars returning and the addition of QB Andrew Hendrix… He’s
really good

a national institution, hence their independence. Why are they always on
NBC? Because they are the ONLY program to have a national broadcasting
contract.
i actually like clausen as the best qb in the draft, tate as top wr, floyd
as another larry fitzgerald, and rudolph as a pro bowl callibier TE..Manteo
teo is their best d player and he will be a top 20 pick in 3 yrs, but thts

i know that notre dame had a see-saw type of season but golden tate has
maintained a ridiculous reel of highlights, if he returns he is going to be
the front runner for the heisman for sure especially if brian kelly comes
on with his pass happy offense
